Tell us what you want to pack
Send the material or product name, fill weight or volume, target output and destination country. Product photos and a short description of flow, stickiness, temperature or fragility help us understand the handling requirements.
Give the fill as a target and a range, for example 250 g with an acceptable spread, and say whether you run one pack size or several. If you pack several products on one line, list them all, because the hardest product usually decides the configuration.
Share the finished pack
Include bag dimensions, film or pouch material, zipper or valve details and a sample photo. If the pack format is undecided, tell us how the product will be stored, displayed and transported.
A photo of the filled pack next to a ruler is more useful than a flat artwork file. If you already buy pouches or printed film, send the supplier's specification sheet so we can check it against the machine rather than guess.
Factory and project details
Let us know your available floor space and ceiling height, electrical supply, compressed air and any gas-flushing requirement. Include your expected project timing and the equipment already on the line.
Photos and short videos that help
A few plain phone photos answer many questions. Useful ones are: a handful of product on a tray with a ruler for scale, the product poured from a scoop or bag so we can see how it flows, the current pack filled and sealed, and the room where the line will stand. A ten-second video of the product pouring or of your current packing process is often clearer than a written description.
For sticky, oily or frozen products, show them in the condition they will reach the machine, not after they have warmed or dried on a desk.
Sending product samples
Please agree a sample shipment with us before sending material. We will confirm what the trial is meant to answer, how much product and packaging material it needs, and how the samples should be labelled and packed. Frozen, chilled or moisture-sensitive products need a shipping and holding method agreed in advance.
What happens after you send the message
We read the enquiry against the product, the pack and the output you described. Expect follow-up questions where details are missing or where more than one packaging route could work. Once the main points are clear, we suggest a configuration route and the information still needed. Specifications, trial conditions, included equipment, price and delivery terms are then confirmed in a written proposal.
