This notice covers this website and its contact links. No newsletter or live-chat subscription service is enabled. The public product pages can be viewed without creating an account.
Website enquiry form
The enquiry form does not store what you type. When you continue, it opens WhatsApp with your packaging requirements written into a message that you review and send yourself. Contact-click records contain a WhatsApp reference, source page, campaign or search context when present, destination number and time, so our team can connect your message to the equipment page. Your details are not published. Contact us with your reference to request correction or deletion. The team reviews your requirements before proposing a configuration and quotation.
WhatsApp referrals
When contact-click recording succeeds, opening a WhatsApp link saves the reference number, source page, optional campaign or search context, time and destination number. An HTTP-only cookie associates repeated clicks for up to 180 days; the database stores a hash of its identifier. If recording is unavailable, the link can still open WhatsApp with a new reference without saving a click record or setting that cookie. A click record indicates that the link was opened; you choose whether to send the message in WhatsApp.
Website statistics and accounts
We use Plausible to measure page visits and WhatsApp-link clicks. Click events include the link placement, page path and language, without the WhatsApp message. If you register or sign in, account functions handle the account details and authentication session needed to provide access. Authentication cookies are separate from contact-click cookies. You can restrict cookies in your browser, which may affect sign-in and the association of repeated contact clicks.
Information you send
WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms and privacy notice. Share the business and packaging information needed for your enquiry. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive documents.
