Packaging Equipment, From Product to Production

How we match weighing, dosing and bag-forming equipment to your product, pack and factory, and how a written configuration proposal is put together.

A focused packaging machinery range

VerticalPackingMachine.com brings our packaging machinery range together around practical production needs. Our team works across equipment development, manufacturing, sales and after-sales support, with a focus on matching product handling, dosing and bag format.

The catalog on this site lists 19 machine configurations in four families: vertical form fill seal lines, multi-lane powder stick packs, sauce sachets and premade-pouch filling. Each configuration page describes what the equipment does, the options it can carry and the questions to settle before a trial.

Equipment for different packaging jobs

Our range includes vertical form fill seal systems, multihead weighing configurations, multi-lane powder stick packs, sauce sachet equipment and premade-pouch filling. Applications include coffee, snacks, nuts, candy, frozen food, powdered beverages and liquid products.

The same product can often be packed more than one way. Coffee beans can go into a valve pillow bag, a quad-seal bag or a premade doypack; nuts can go into a pillow bag or a zipper pouch. We would rather show you those routes side by side than steer every enquiry to one machine.

How we read a new enquiry

The first things we look at are the product and the finished pack. How does the material flow, and does it stick, break, give off dust or change with temperature? What net weight or volume goes into each pack, and what range is acceptable? Is the bag made from roll film or bought ready-made, and does it carry a zipper, valve, spout or gas flush?

Output comes next, expressed as accepted packs per shift rather than a top machine speed. Then the factory: ceiling height, floor space, power, compressed air and the equipment already on the line. If any of these are still undecided, say so. An open question is easier to handle than a wrong assumption that shapes the whole proposal.

How a configuration proposal is put together

We review product characteristics, sample bags, fill targets and factory conditions before specifying a line. A suitable proposal identifies the dosing system, packaging process, optional equipment and the conditions under which performance will be evaluated.

In practice the proposal lists the base machine, the filler, the feeding and discharge equipment, and each option as a separate line so you can see what it adds. It states the product and pack the configuration is based on, the utilities it needs and the points that still need a sample trial or your decision. Where a trial is proposed, the proposal should say what will be measured and how the result will be recorded.

What the published catalog data means

Parameter tables on the machine pages describe the listed configurations as published in our catalog. Output, weighing range and bag size depend on the product, the fill quantity, the bag and the options fitted, so the final figures for your project are confirmed in the quotation and, where needed, by a trial with your material.

Workshop photographs and catalog illustrations show the equipment families. They are not photographs of the exact machine that would be built for your order. If a specific detail matters to your decision, ask for it to be written into the proposal.

Clear project scope

Machine configuration, included accessories, utilities, trials, service arrangements and commercial terms are confirmed in the project proposal. Contact our team with your product and pack requirements to start the discussion.

The same applies after delivery. Installation, training, remote support and spare-parts arrangements depend on the agreed scope, so ask for them to be listed in the quotation rather than assumed.
